@BodyByHighboy : Hey KathrynAnn! I love your Red Highboy! Would you be interested in writing a few paragraphs about what you love or how you built it or whatever story you have about it?
@BodyByHighboy : How did you find it? Did you want a highboy? Or did you find a “truck” and then learn about it being a highboy?
@ALittleMoore07 : Uh no. My dad built a highboy when I was a kid - I’m rebuilding the exact truck. So I knew what I was looking for when I bought it. I looked for several years before finding one with no rust and a clean interior.
@BodyByHighboy : So the truck you have now is going to be a replica of your dads? Did he sell it before you were old enough?
@ALittleMoore07 : No he sold it because it was rusted through and was a warn out farm truck that he didn’t want any of us kids wasting money on fixing.

@BodyByHighboy : Gotcha! So how old were you when he had it? Like little little? What was it that made you fall in love with the truck back then?
@ALittleMoore07 : He built the 77 when I was 5 and sold it when I was 23 - I loved watching him build it from the ground up. The over all look of them is what won my heart when I was a kid. Now I just love that they remind me of my dad. That was the truck he taught me to drive in - it was his daily for like 13 years. It was always a blast going places with him in it, that never wore off for me. He also had a 67, we started fixing it up and redoing it to be my first truck but unfortunately that didn’t get finished. So I found my 72 and I’m doing it myself!
