Easton was heading to inspect a different Dentside when he spotted this 1976 at a house along the way. He approached the owners with cash, made an offer and bought it there. It had been his since 2021 when he shared the story.
He later returned with the Ford after paint and a full interior remodel. The previous owners were pleased that he had tried to retain its original character with limited modern upgrades. A 460 swap and disc brakes joined the work. He described its earlier life as a ranger truck in Tennessee’s Smoky Mountains. A wooden flatbed was only a possibility for the future.

How the truck came home
I was looking for a dentside but as I was headed to check one out I saw this one at a house on the way there. I went up to the owners and gave them a cash in hand offer and they sold me the truck right there.
The memories behind the truck
Taking the truck back to the previous owners after a paint job and an entire interior remodel. The previous owners were very happy with the way I've tried to keep everything as original as possible with minimal modern upgrades.
